You can update your notification settings under Settings > Notifications.
Any changes you make will only apply to your account and will not affect other team members.
When low stock alerts are enabled, all team members will receive push notifications via the mobile app. If needed, users can customize their individual alert preferences.
App Notifications: Toggle to OFF if you prefer not to receive mobile app notifications.
Alert Location: If managing multiple locations, you can choose to receive notifications for specific locations only.
Alert Time: Set a preferred time to receive notifications.
Make sure to click Save after making changes to apply them.
You can manage your email preferences and choose which notifications to receive.
Email: Enter the email address where you’d like to receive BoxHero notifications. This can be the same as your login email or a different one.
Weekly Reports: Stay updated with a summary of your inventory activity.
News & Updates: Get the latest product updates, feature releases, and company news.
Leave Team: You will leave the Team for now, but you can be invited back by the Admin at a later time.
Delete Account: Your account will be permanently deleted from BoxHero. This action cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.
End all sessions : Logging out on one device will sign you out of BoxHero on all devices.
